How to take the photo

  1. 1Sit down and place your bare foot flat on the floor, inner side (the arch side) facing the camera.
  2. 2Hold your phone parallel to the floor, about 12-18 inches away from your foot.
  3. 3Make sure your entire foot is in the frame — from heel to toe tip.
  4. 4Take the photo in good lighting so the arch and instep are clearly visible.
